Meet Our Staff


Heidi Mull, MSc, Provisionally Licensed Counselor

Heidi has a BS in Psychology from West Liberty University and recently received a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

She is currently administering, and counseling through the CPC Community Outreach Program which offers counseling at a very low fee for those who are experiencing financial hardship and may not otherwise be able to afford standard counseling rates.

Heidi sees adult clients (18 and older). She also offers Walk and Talk Therapy which integrates nature and physical movement into therapy.

Rhonda Hayes, MSW, LICSW, AADC, WVDAC

Rhonda has a Psychology BS from the University of Maryland and an MSW from West Virginia University.

Her specialties include AADC, clinical addiction, domestic violence, and trauma. She has 20+ years of experience in the field of social work and mental health.

Rhonda sees adult clients (18 and older). She also offers Walk and Talk Therapy which integrates nature and physical movement into therapy.

Daisy Bloomfield, MSW, LICSW

Daisy has a BS in psychology from West Liberty university and an MSW from West Virginia University. She is trained and board certified in trauma (TF-CBT) counseling, grief counseling, and anxiety disorders. She has over 20 years of experience in the Ohio Valley working with children and their families. Daisy is also a board-certified Professional Christian Counselor.

Her client specialty includes early childhood, families, and adults in the areas of abuse trauma; anxiety disorders; mood disorders; grief; trauma; suicide loss; behavioral concerns; early childhood development; and adjustment disorders. Daisy uses tools such as play therapy techniques, creative therapy, and relaxation along with others to assist her clients in learning new sills to accomplish their therapy goals.

Daisy sees children up to 12.

Joe King, MSW, LICSW

Joseph has a BS in psychology from West Liberty university and an MSW from West Virginia University. He has 17 years of field experience and 8+ years as a therapist. He’s TF-CBT trained and certified in Traumatic Stress Studies.

His client specialty is with middle childhood to adolescence, and adults; substance use disorders; anxiety disorders; mood disorders; trauma.

Joe sees client ages 11 through adulthood.

Kaytlyn Lanning, MSW, LISW, LICSW

Kaytlyn has a BS in Specialized Studies from Ohio University and an MSW from West Virginia University along with a certificate for Integrated Mental & Behavioral Health. She has 9 years of field experience and 4 years as a counselor. She is TF-CBT trained and certified.

Her client specialty includes early childhood, middle childhood to adolescence, and adults; abuse trauma; anxiety disorders; mood disorders; grief; trauma; suicide loss and adjustment disorders.

Kaytlyn sees clients of all ages.

Kelsey Renzella, MSW, LGSW

Kelsey has a BA in Social Work from West Liberty University and an MSW from WVU. She grew up in the Ohio Valley and has worked in the counseling/social work field since 2016 including local school systems and various children/family services.

Her client specialty is with children and families and include the areas of ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma and depression.

Kelsey sees clients ages 6 through adulthood.

Wendy Barbeau, MSW, LICSW

Wendy has a BA in Psychology and English from Vanderbilt University and received her MSW from WVU along with a graduate certificate in Integrated Mental and Behavioral Health. Wendy has 20+ years of experience in field of social services.

Her client specialty includes adults and adolescents in the areas of trauma, grief, couples counseling, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and recovery support.

Wendy sees client ages 13 through adulthood.

Barbara Rush, Ph.D

Barbara has a BA in psychology from Newark State College, an MA in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Ph.D in Community counseling from Ohio University.

She is a trained psychologist who has served people in the Ohio Valley for 40+ years. She treats adults with a wide variety of mental health problems including mood, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, brain injuries and chronic illness.

Barbara sees adult clients (18 and older).

Hannah Mull, Office Manager

Hannah is a life-long resident of the Ohio Valley. She has extensive tech experience and a decade of corporate managerial experience. She uses her knowledge and experience as an asset in the areas of organization, communication and technology.
